What we collect
When you send us an enquiry by form or email, we process your name, email, phone number, any address and your message. The data is used only to respond and to follow up any assignment.
Legal basis
Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) for form enquiries and contract (art. 6(1)(b)) when you engage us. The Norwegian Real Estate Brokerage Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act also require us to keep certain data.
Storage
Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed, unless the law requires longer storage.
Photos and maps
Listing photos are served from FINN.no's servers, and the map is loaded from OpenStreetMap when you open it. These services can see your IP address.
Cookies
The site does not use marketing or tracking cookies. A simple visit count is recorded without cookies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
